Are you connected to ICE or the government?▼
Absolutely not. DocPros is a private company — we have ZERO connection to ICE, CBP, USCIS, or any government agency. We do not report to them. We do not share data with them. We are not required to, and we never will. We are an immigrant-owned business that exists to help our community.
Is it safe to give you my personal information?▼
Yes. We understand the fear — especially right now. Here is exactly how we protect you: All data is encrypted with AES-256 (bank-level security) before storage. Your documents are stored on secure Amazon AWS servers. Everything is permanently deleted 30 days after your USCIS approval or 180 days after filing. We never sell, share, or report your information to anyone. You can browse our services and ask questions without giving any personal information.
What happens to my documents after my case is done?▼
Your documents are permanently destroyed through secure digital shredding — 30 days after your USCIS approval, or 180 days after filing, whichever comes first. You will receive a 7-day warning before deletion so you can download copies. After deletion, nothing remains — not even our team can recover them. Only anonymized payment records are kept as required by federal tax law.
Can the government access my information through DocPros?▼
No. We are a private company, not a government contractor or partner. Your data is encrypted with AES-256 — even our own team cannot read raw data without the encryption key. We store nothing on government servers. After your case is complete, your data is permanently deleted. There is nothing to access because nothing remains.

General
What is DocPros?▼
DocPros is an AI-powered immigration document preparation service based in downtown Salt Lake City. We use 14 specialized AI agents to prepare your USCIS forms with precision, and every case is reviewed by a licensed professional before it reaches you. We offer 11 immigration services starting at $79, all available in English and Spanish.
Is DocPros a law firm?▼
No. DocPros is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, do not recommend which immigration benefit to apply for, and do not represent clients before USCIS or in immigration court. All completed work is reviewed by a licensed professional. If your case requires legal analysis, we will refer you to a qualified immigration attorney.

Pricing & Payment
How much does DACA renewal cost?▼
DocPros charges $249 for DACA renewal document preparation, which includes I-821D, I-765, and I-765WS form filling, professional quality review, and filing instructions. The USCIS government filing fee ($555 online or $605 by mail) is paid separately directly to USCIS. Our total cost is typically 50-70% less than traditional immigration services.
What are all your services and prices?▼
We offer 11 services: DACA Renewal ($249), EAD/Work Permit ($239), TPS Re-Registration ($229), Green Card Renewal ($299), Advance Parole ($279), Citizenship Prep ($349), Remove Conditions on Green Card ($329), Replace Lost/Stolen Documents ($229), Change of Address ($79), Affidavit of Support ($149), and DACA Advance Parole ($349). All prices include AI form preparation and professional review. Visit our Services page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. Your payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Our fee covers document preparation and professional review only — USCIS government filing fees are paid separately directly to USCIS.
DACA Questions
Can I still renew DACA in 2026?▼
Yes. While the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled DACA unlawful in January 2025, the court maintained a stay for current recipients — meaning if you already have DACA, you can still renew. Initial DACA applications are accepted but not processed. Our compliance system monitors court rulings daily to ensure your filing is handled correctly under current regulations.
When should I file my DACA renewal?▼
USCIS recommends filing 120-150 days (about 4-5 months) before your current EAD expires. Filing too early (more than 150 days before expiration) may result in USCIS rejecting your application. Filing too late risks a gap in your work authorization. DocPros automatically checks your filing window to ensure your application is submitted at the right time.
What if I have a criminal record?▼
If you disclose any interaction with law enforcement — arrests, charges, convictions, or even traffic violations beyond minor infractions — our system immediately flags your case for professional review. Criminal history does not automatically disqualify you from DACA renewal, but it requires careful analysis. A felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more non-significant misdemeanors will generally bar DACA. A DUI is typically classified as a significant misdemeanor and must be reviewed by a licensed professional.
Process & Timeline
How long does the process take?▼
Most cases are completed within 1-2 business days from intake to a ready-to-file packet. More complex cases like citizenship preparation (N-400) or remove conditions (I-751) may take 2-3 business days. After you file with USCIS, their processing time varies — typically 1-2 months for DACA renewals, 3-6 months for EAD renewals, and 6-12 months for citizenship applications.
Do I need to visit your office?▼
No. Our entire process is available online. You can complete your consultation, upload documents, review your forms, and receive your completed filing packet — all from your phone or computer. Our office at 136 S Main St is available for walk-ins during business hours if you prefer in-person assistance, but it's completely optional.
What happens after I file with USCIS?▼
After filing, USCIS typically sends a receipt notice (Form I-797C) within 2-4 weeks confirming they received your application. Processing times vary by service type and USCIS office. DocPros tracks your renewal dates and sends you reminders when it's time to renew again — so you never miss a deadline.
Security & Privacy
Is my information safe?▼
Yes. All personal data is encrypted with AES-256 (the same standard used by the U.S. government) before storage. All data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS via Cloudflare. We never sell, share, or trade your data. Client documents are automatically deleted 30 days after USCIS approval or 180 days after filing. Read our full Security Policy for complete details.
How does DocPros use AI?▼
We use 14 specialized AI agents that each handle a specific part of the document preparation process — intake, document validation, form filling, quality review, compliance checking, and packet assembly. AI handles the precise, repetitive work that humans often get wrong. A licensed professional reviews every completed case before it reaches you. We disclose AI use at every interaction as required by the Utah AI Policy Act.
