Why DocPros Exists
Our founder is an immigrant who came to the United States in 1999 with the same hopes and anxieties that every immigrant carries — the dream of a better life, and the fear that one piece of paperwork could derail everything.
Working in immigration document preparation, he saw the same painful pattern over and over: working families paying thousands of dollars for services that still missed deadlines, lost documents, and left people waiting for years. A single overlooked email from USCIS or NVC could mean months of delays. A mistyped field on an I-765 could trigger a Request for Evidence that set a case back by half a year.
He saw that most of the actual paperwork — the form filling, the document collection, the fee calculations — was done by assistants and support staff, not by the professionals whose names were on the door. Yet families were still charged premium prices for this work.

That conviction became DocPros.
